Novaland Group has recently unveiled a promotion programme for buyers of condos and office-tel units at its Sunrise Riverside on Nguyễn Hữu Thọ Street in HCM City’s District 7.
Though introduced to Viet Nam a decade ago and experiencing rapid growth in the last three years, office-tel apartments have not received official legal recognition in Viet Nam.
Thanks to its low investment cost and high returns of 8-12 per cent,
office-tel remains the most popular segment in the real estate market in
the last quarter of 2015.
